Reed Morgan practices from Comfort, Texas where he has a National law practice which includes representing injured railroad workers and injured persons employed aboard vessels, that is, seaman engaged in ocean or inland work. This includes toxic tort work, including claims for cancer caused by hydrocarbons. He also undertakes matters involving product liability claims, oil-field and oil-storage related disasters, and airplane disaster claims.

He is one of several national counsel selected and designated by the Transportation Communication International Union, which represents over 30,000 workers, including the clerk and train "car" repair crafts employed by major U.S. Railroads. His firm is dedicated to helping injured people and their families.

He is licensed before the Texas and Louisiana Supreme Courts, and numerous Federal Courts in Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas.
